JURNAL ansiru PAI is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. The analysis can be viewed from various perspectives of interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ansiru PAI is published twice a year: January and July.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the religious values contained in the novel When Mas Gallant Go work Helvy Tiana Rosa. The object of research is novel titled When Mas Dashing Go. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Mechanical research using data analysis techniques to determine the religious values contained therein. The research data in this novel are quotations in the form of words and sentences in the novel When Mas Dashing Go. Techniques used in data collection documentary studies. The research instrument is the researchers themselves as the main instrument. The results of his research is the value of human piety towards God, man's obedience to our fellow human beings and human obedience to himself.

Abstract

The concept of education in the Qur’an is the best educational concept in the world. It is because the Qur’an is a revelation of God. Education of the Qur’an is a guidance for humans beings to be happy and safe in the world and the hereafter. The concept of education has succeeded in giving birth to the best human generation. They are the generation that the Prophet guided by guidance of the Qur’an. So that the succees is re-realized then the concept of education in the Qur’an should be applied.

Abstract

The principal is the central figure in the improvement of the quality of education in schools. Success or failure of an educational institution, especially in the educational unit will be greatly influenced by the competence of the head of the school, Education Minister Regulation No. 13 Year 2007 on the Standards for school / madrassa confirmed that a school / madrasah principal must have five dimensions of minimum competencies, namely: personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social. Head of school / madrasah is a teacher who is assigned additional principals / madrasah that he also should have the requisite competence competence of teachers, namely: pedagogic competence, personality, social, and professional. Based on these facts, it becomes very important for the principal master the competencies of school principals in an effort to improve the quality of education in the educational unit. Hinted at by the opinion that one of the principal as educational administrators need to complete their education with knowledge leadership insights and anticipatory attitude to changes that occur in people's lives, including the development of macro-level policies. Being the change and development of the most actual today is the higher aspirations of the people for education, and the incessant demands of education policies that include improved aspects of equal opportunity, quality, efficiency and relevance.

Abstract

Learning mthod innovation will influence learning media used and it is hoped to improve learning qualities. This study was intended to find out The Effect of Using Riddle Technique on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery of The 2017/2018 Tenth Grade Students of Smk Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat. There were two classes for the population with the total 56 students. And for the sample, all population were taken out. The data were collected by administering tests. The data was applied statistically. Then the data were analyzed by applying the calculation of test. Havinf the data been computed by using t-test formula, it shows that tobserved in certain degree of freedom 28 and 0.05, is higher than ttable. And the value is 9.83 > 2.048. in other words, the hypothesis “there is any Effect of Using Riddle Technique on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery of The 2017/2018 Tenth Grade Students of Smk Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat, is accepted. Learning method with interactive technique can improve students’ vocabulary, because if the method can interest students’ attention they will enjoy and easy to receive the lesson.

Abstract

Assertive behavior is an ability to communicate what they want, feel, and think to others while maintaining and respecting the rights and feelings other people. the concept of self is something in yourself that people have about themselves in shape with confidence, persaan or attitude of a person through the experiences he gained from interaction with the environment. A positive self concept will bring a person to be assertive, so that when interacting with a positive environmental and insightful it will form a positive self-concept, and vice versa. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine how big the influence of self-concept toward assertive behavior STKIP Raising student Binjai. The problem in this research are: 1). Is there any influence on the behavior of self-concept of students STKIP Cultivation asrtif Binjai ?. This Penelitain use of hypothesis testing. The population in this study were students smester 5 totaling 250 people. Samples taken as many as 20% of the population, as many as 50 people. Data retrieved through a questionnaire of self-concept and assertive behavior, as many as 80 items before the trial and after the trial 67 items. Data analysis using test engineering requirements analysis, and hypothesis testing ANOVA one way. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusion: there is the influence mkionsep themselves against the assertive behavior STKIP Raising student Binjai. Gasil coefficient of 0.002 P-value is greater than the significance level of 0.05, when the P-valuevlue less than 0.05then declared to have significance. So the results of the analysis ofcoefficient the P-vlue smaller than it otherwise there is a significant level of self-concept influences on behavior influence of student assertive STKIP Cultivation Binjai. Suggestions for further research to be researched and developed with the same topic, is expected to make a more specific measurement tools and simpler language so easy to understand students. In addition to improving the correlation between the factors of each instrument of research, may be created or designed a better measuring devices.

Abstract

This research was based on how important to increase the students self regulated learning. Self efficacy and parent social support were the factors assumed to affect the self regulated learning. The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) self efficacy, (2) parent social support, (3) self regulated learning, (4) the relationship between self efficacy with self regulated learning, (5) the relationship between parent social support with self regulated learning, and (6) the simultaneous relationship between self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. This research used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive type. The population in this research was the students at SMP Negeri 29 Padang many as 522 students. The sample in this research was many as 213 students who selected with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a Likert scale model. The results of instrument reliability test showed that self efficacy was much as 0.851, parent social support 0.946 and self regulated learning 0.860. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, simple regression, and multiple regression. This discover research show: (1) students self efficacy was at high category, (2) students parent social support was at high category, (3) students self regulated learning was at high category, (4) there was a positive and significant relationship between of self efficacy to self regulated learning, (5) there wasa positive and significant relationship between of parent social support to self regulated learning, and (6) there wasa positive and significant simultaneous relationship between of self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. Implications of these results could be used as suggestion to arrange programs of guidance and counseling service at the school.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of school-based management model (MBS). The research was conducted at the Cape End TPI MTsS This study used a qualitative research. It is based on the consideration that this study revealed the implementation model of school-based management (SBM). Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words - words written or spoken of - people whose behavior can be understood. The subject of research directed to the search data from principals, vice-principals, teachers, and staff at the Cape End MTsS TPI. The data collection was obtained by observation, interview and document research. The findings of this study as follows: 1) the perception of the principal on MBS model application. 2) the pattern of school leadership in MBS. 3) application of management functions in the activities - activities pendidikan.4) MBS models in the improvement of education management.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the influence of peers on the deviant behavior of class X SMK Binjai Satria Private Lessons Year 2017/2018 .Populasi fifty students, based on the opinions Suharsimi Arikunto when the subject is less than 100 better taken all that research is a population study, based on the opinion of the samples will be taken from the number populasisehingga entire sample in this study amounted to 50 students. This research is a quantitative research. The questionnaire results of peers obtained from the respondents have obtained average value / mean of 52.Hasil questionnaire deviant behavior obtained from the respondents have obtained average value / mean of 59,5.Setelah know that the data collected is valid, then calculation is then performed to test the normality of the data, from the calculation of the normality test has been known that the samples obtained normal distribution, as well as statistical testing was performed using simple linear regression analysis with the testing criteria to test the linearity and regresi.Pada equation significance test research hypotheses, find that the working hypothesis or Ha received r valuecalculated at 0.314 and rtable at 0.284, Because rcount>rtable (0.314> 0.284), we can conclude Ha accepted, that there are Influence Peers Against Deviant Behavior Class X SMK Private Satria Binjai Academic Year 2017/2018

Abstract

Islamic Education as a form of teaching and learning based on the principles and values of Islam. Education in Islam is a means towards the improvement of morals. In other words, education in Islam is a function to achieve the sublime morals, while educational institutions are aspects of material to perform these functions. Rearrangement or school improvement is a systematic effort, sustained intended to change the learning process and other related internal conditions in schools, with the goal of achieving educational goals more effectively. Structuring educational institutions as an approach to educational change that has two purposes: 1) to improve student achievement and, 2) to strengthen the school's capacity for managing change. School improvement approach everything should have the ultimate goal kepasa efforts to improve student achievement. Efforts to improve the school should not be based on the state of the schools that have a shortage / low-quality. Due to the increasingly dynamic changing times then the school must continue to improve its quality. Because the schools that already have a good quality can continue to get better again.

Abstract

This article aims to uncover the treasures of the yellow book in a historical perspective. The methodology used in this article is the research methodology putaka or libraryresearch.The authors conclude that there are at least three characters in the writer of the 20th century who wrote the Yellow Book. Firstly, namely Ahmad Khatib (d. 1915) Minangkabau Indonesia- -bapak Islamic reformers who also was a disciple of Sheikh Bantani Nawawi (d. 1896). Second, Kyai Mahfouz Termas (d. 1919-20). The third was Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari (1287-1366 / 1870-1947). There are two important points to explain the position and significance of the Yellow Book in schools. The first point, the authenticity of the Yellow Book for pesantren is a reference to abortion has been unquestionable. The fact that the Yellow Book was written long ago and continues to be used from time to time indicate that the book has been verified in history. The second point, Yellow Book is very important for schools to facilitate the process of deep religious understanding so as to formulate a fresh explanation but not ahistorical about the teachings of Islam, the Qur'an and Hadith. A brief description of the tradition over the Yellow Book shows how schools as an institution needs to work hard to maintain his identity while continuing to hold the development of tradition and orientation.
